Country Classification according to H.N. Sinha

Biography H.N. Sinha

H.N. Sinha is an Indian scholar, in the book H.N. Sinha entitled "Outlines of Political Science", among other things said that the classification of Leacock was actually less than perfect, even though in principle H.N. Sinha could take it. It is said to be incomplete because into its classification the forms of totalitarian or authoritarian states that arose after the World War cannot be included.

First, it seems that the states: fascist Italy, Nazi-Germany and the Soviet Union State, the forms of government of these three countries are totalitarian or autoritarian or proletarian and anti-democratic.

However, Sinha still admits that Leacock revised classification is not perfect either, because it cannot also place modern democracies, or ancient democracies.

So after Sinha adds to the shortcomings of Leacock classification with those forms of government that are totalitarian or authoritarian and that are anti-democratic in nature.

Modern countries :

Democratic
1. Republic
    1.1 Unity
        1.1.1 Parliament
        1.1.2 Non-parliamentary
    1.2 Federation
        1.2.1 Parliament
        1.2.2 Non-parliamentary
2. The kingdom is limited
    2.1 Unity
        2.1.1 Parliament
        2.1.2 Non-parliamentary
    2.2 Federation
        2.2.1 Parliament
    2.2.2 Non-parliamentary

Anti democratic (Totalitarian, or Autoritarian)
1. Republic
    1.1 Unity
    1.2 Federation
2. The kingdom is limited
    2.1 Unity
    2.2 Federation
3. Despotic countries.
Thus schematically the state classification teaching of H.N. Sinha, who wasn't perfect yet. Also, why is it not stated that even in anti-democratic countries there are actually parliamentarians, even though they have a different nature than parliaments in democratic countries. For this check our breakdown on the modern autocracy.
